Litigation includes representation in civil, criminal and administrative matters. We also represent clients in enforcement proceedings. At each stage of the dispute, we try to reach a settlement favorable to the client.

During several years of practice, we had the opportunity to represent both natural persons and business entities – in proceedings for payment, damages, recognition of contract provisions as prohibited, establishing the existence of a law or legal relationship, or in matters of company law. We also conducted proceedings regarding the protection of intellectual property and unfair competition.
